Hello there one and all!
The months of 2011 seem to be rapidly escaping me and I do realise it's been a while (too long!) since I shared any news with you all. It may seem as though things have been quiet on the Laura K Clarke front over the last few months, but let me assure you that, behind the scenes, this is not at all the case!
I've been busy in the studio working on a new 5 track EP which looks set to be finished around July this year and released, hopefully, shortly thereafter! I've also managed to do some writing and I'm actually recording a brand new song on this EP (very few people have heard it, I've not played it at any gigs and I'm intending on saving it up for the launch!). It's called "Alright".
I've been really enjoying the process this time around and feel so lucky to be working with an amazing producer in MC Momo (Diafrix). We have also captured the amazing musical talents of Mikey Chan and Damian Smith, look them up! There's still a lot of work to be done (including my tough job of vocal recording), but the tracks are sounding amazing and I am truly excited about getting to share this with you all :-)
