Wow, wow, wow!!! The single launch was AMAZING! The Wesley Anne band room SOLD OUT and all of you who came along were just amazing, thank you all so much again!
Kerryn Fields and Tom Carty were such wonderful supports and my band (Dean Matters, Steve Hornby and Mikey Chan) all played wonderfully. Dan and Ben truly looked after us on sound, I honestly couldn't have asked for more :-)
I let my hair down on Saturday night and today (Tuesday) is the first chance I've had to really relax and reflect back on the gig. I keep waiting to crash from the high of it all, but so far still floating and feeling really amazed by it all! Youtube videos and photos galore are coming soon!!
In other news, I'm back into the AFL finals games this weekend. Friday night and Saturday I'll be playing a set pre-match and then 2 sets post match in the MCC Members Frank Grey Smith Bar. MCC members come and say hello!
A few other gigs scattered through October and I'm really looking forward to some writing and guitaring time soon too!
